Privacy Policy

Freedom Action gathers some types of information from visitors to our website ("freedomaction.org") as part of its operation and customization. It’s only fair that we explain what sort of information we collect and what we do with it.

Information Collected By FreedomAction.org

FreedomAction.org collects two types of information from users: 1) personal data; and 2) aggregated data, such as information about traffic patterns on FreedomAction.org.

Personal Data

Personal Information, such as zip code, e-mail address, or demographic information can only be collected if a visitor willingly chooses to fill out a form answering such questions.

Aggregated Data

Aggregated information, such as which pages users visit, is collected through various means. One of these ways is through an IP address, a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web. Web servers, the computers that "serve up" Web pages, automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When you request a page from FreedomAction.org, our servers log your IP address. FreedomAction.org does not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, so although your session will be logged, your session will remain anonymous to us. FreedomAction.org collects IP addresses for the purposes of improving the quality of the site.

Use of Information Collected by FreedomAction.org

FreedomAction.org uses the information we collect to improve the content of the site, to revise the content and layout of the site and, if requested, to provide information services by e-mail to the user. We will not sell your contact information to any commercial entities! It is important to note that FreedomAction.org contains links to sites other than FreedomAction.org, and that those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as FreedomAction.org.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Freedom Action reserves the right to change the policy on use of information collected. Any changes in policy will be noted in a revised privacy policy statement.
